- Usage & Analytics Data: IP addresses, browser types, device identifiers, session timestamps, and feature engagement metrics used to diagnose platform performance and improve usability.
- Communication Records: Queries submitted through our demo booking forms, WhatsApp consultation channels, or email correspondence.
3Customer Ownership of Project Data
You Own Your Construction Data
All proprietary project estimates, BOQ rate sheets, drawings, and schedule data uploaded into Nirmaan Mithra remain the exclusive intellectual property of your organization. We do not sell, rent, or commercialize your project data to third-party advertisers or competitors.
4Data Security & Multi-Tenancy
We employ enterprise-grade security protocols to protect your sensitive construction records:
- Strict Multi-Tenant Isolation: Database records are strictly partitioned using multi-tenant security filters (
tenantId), ensuring no user from another company can ever view your project records. - Encryption in Transit & At Rest: All web traffic is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Databases and backups are protected using AES-256 encryption.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC): Project admins can grant granular permissions across Builders, Project Managers, Contractors, and Viewers.
5Cookies & Session Storage
We use secure HTTP-only cookies and local storage tokens solely for user authentication, preserving your preferred theme (Dark/Light mode), and keeping your workspace session active. We do not use intrusive cross-site tracking cookies.
