No Automatic Surprise Charges:You will never be charged automatically upon trial expiration unless you explicitly upgrade and choose a paid subscription plan.
2SaaS Subscription Cancellations
- Monthly Plans: You may cancel your SaaS subscription at any time from your Organization Settings. Upon cancellation, your workspace remains fully active until the end of your paid billing month. No further recurring charges will occur.
- Annual Plans: If you cancel an annual plan within 14 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund minus any applicable processing/setup fees. After 14 days, refunds for annual commitments are prorated on a monthly basis.
3Professional Consultancy Services (Scheduling & PMC Lite)
- Scheduling Consultancy: For one-time scheduling services based on built-up area (sq.ft.), cancellations requested before drawing intake and schedule preparation commence will receive a 100% refund. Once our planning specialists initiate WBS preparation and critical path modeling, fees reflect work already completed.
- PMC Lite Monthly Oversight: Monthly PMC Lite advisory contracts can be cancelled with 15 days written notice prior to the start of the next billing cycle.
4Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to the original source payment method (Bank Account, UPI, or Corporate Credit Card). An official GST credit note and confirmation email will be issued upon processing.
